These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Lion Heart Travels bus seat booking service. By searching for a bus, selecting seats or completing a booking you agree to the terms below.
1. Bookings
A seat is confirmed only after a successful booking is recorded against your member account. Seat numbers, travel date, boarding point and bus are shown before you confirm — please check them carefully. Each seat can be booked by one member for a given trip.
2. Seat Locking
When you continue to checkout, the seats you selected are held for you for a limited time (about 5 minutes). If the booking is not completed within that window the lock is released and the seats become available to other members.
3. Fares & Payment
The fare shown for each trip is set by the operator and is charged per seat. Where online payment is enabled, the total equals the fare multiplied by the number of seats. Payments are processed by our payment partner; the booking is confirmed only after payment is verified.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation of a booking group is handled by the administrator as per the operator's cancellation and refund policy in force at the time of travel. Contact us using the details below for any cancellation or refund request.
5. Pass Holders
Seats reserved for monthly pass holders are not available for daily booking for the duration of the pass. Pass validity and status are managed by the administrator.
6. Travel & Conduct
Daily timings and the active buses on a route may be changed by the administrator when required. Passengers must reach the boarding point on time and carry a valid booking reference. The operator is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond its control.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to your current use of the service.
