1. Information We Collect
We collect the details you provide when you register or book: your name, mobile number, boarding / pickup point and login password (stored only in encrypted form). We also record your bookings, seat selections, travel dates and, where you submit one, your rating and feedback. Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type is logged for security.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to create and manage your member account, hold and confirm your seats, process payments, show your booking history, contact you about a booking or cancellation, prevent duplicate or fraudulent bookings, and operate and improve the service.
3. Payment Information
Online payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the gateway and are not stored on our servers. We keep only the payment reference, amount, status and order ID needed to confirm and reconcile your booking.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with our payment partner to process a transaction, with the bus operator / administrator to run your trip, or where required by law. Authorised administrators can view member and booking records to provide support.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and to remember your language choice, and limited browser storage to support the installable app and offline pages. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
6. Data Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, payments use signature verification, and access to admin records is restricted to authenticated administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
7. Data Retention
Account and booking records are kept for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance. You may ask us to close your account and remove personal details that we are not required to retain.
8. Your Rights
